Today, October 24th, is the first day of early voting in Texas. It marks the beginning of the end of this hellish election season.
I went to go vote this afternoon on my lunch break. There were two polling places less than a mile from my job so it was super convenient to go. I parked, snapchatted, and then went in. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I was actually surprised at how quick that it was.
I am not going to tell you who to vote for, that is between you and your conscience. I am however going to encourage you to vote. Bexar County, Texas has had a huge surge in voter registration with over 1 million people who registered to vote! But it won’t do any good unless you actually go vote! Even if you don’t want to vote for a Presidential candidate your state and local representatives are just as important to vote for.
