I’m not one for making New Years Resolutions. To me they have always seemed a lot like when I experienced Lent as a kid, a lot of commitment for the first few days but then the caffeine deprivation headaches set in and you quickly go back to indulging once more.
I don’t think I have even tried to make a New Year’s Resolution in a decade (side note feels weird that I can claim to have done something for over a decade at this point in my life) but over the past few months I have made some changes and started implementing them more and more often and have decided to make those changes more permanent by converting these small changes into habits, hopefully making me more productive and hopefully more successful in my endeavors. I hope that these new habits will also make for better content for all of you.
I don’t feel that this makes a New Year’s Resolution or just a lifestyle change but it does make me excited for things to come.
